PSM Uploads is a private, single-user tool operated by the owner of the YouTube channels it uploads to. It is used only to upload and schedule the owner's own videos via the YouTube Data API v3.
With the owner's consent, the tool accesses the owner's YouTube account solely to: list the owner's channels, upload video files, set video metadata (title, description, tags, audience), and set scheduled publication times.
OAuth tokens are stored only on the owner's own computer, in a private folder with restricted access. No data is sent to any third party, no analytics or advertising services are used, and no information is sold or shared.
The owner can revoke the tool's access at any time in the Google Account settings (Third-party access) and by deleting the locally stored token file.
